RMweb Premium kevinlms Posted March 21, 2020 RMweb Premium Share Posted March 21, 2020 Just came across an article on model scaffolding in the Railway Modeller for 1960 March. I've done a search on the forum and can't find much on modelling scaffolding. Anyone tried it? Just out of curiosity, as I don't recall seeing any examples.
37114
Not modelled Scaffolding itself but I did model a fully loaded Scaffolding lorry on Pallet Lane. I made the planks out of thin plasticard strips and the poles from thin plastic tube. The biggest issue is accurately making the clips which was a problem I never solved. I will dig a photo out later.
Nick Holliday
Scaffolding was discussed in this topic nine years ago There is a link to an even earlier topic but I suspect that is lost in the mists of time.
