Ol49-69 in Poland looked like this for a while, though I believe the smoke deflectors have now been repainted. Ol49-69 by Pawel M, on Flickr 241.A.65 in Switzerland had this logo on the tender for a while. SNCF 241-A-65, Basel Bad by Ewan, on Flickr 01 202, also in Switzerland, had a red stripe on the tender and silver spots on the smoke deflectors for a while.
