Came across this vintage controller on Ebay, any ideas what make, on the mains plug someone has printed 'DUTTON CONTROLLER' a search has not revealed anything?  Just curious.

Is it possible that someone had a layout with the station name of Dutton?

The lack of branding is odd, unless the mysterious "CI" in the top right hand corner is the manufacturer. The front panel looks too "pro" for a DIY job, unless it's a kit from a magazine.

I take it that due to the complexity of the controls that there are electronics inside, any clues from the circuit board, is there any makers name, does it look kit built or mass produced?

The rest of the photos look as if it is mass build, similar style to 70's H & M units.  I was just curious, was doing an ebay search for AMR hand held units.  I could post link but not sure if it allowed.

Isn't/wasn't C1 a certification mark of safety, similar to the current CE mark, indicating the controller is a commercial unit?
