Had a really small issue with one axle which was defective - quick PM to them on here, immediate reply followed up by follow up phone call from them a day later and a new wheel set arrived 2 days after that (actually 2 new wheel sets - should have checked envelope more closely first time!). Awesome customer service to match their impressive models. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. The chaps sorted it all out, even resending me the emails that I may have missed, not just those related to the TEA. Top work and shows the difference in attitude seen from the newer entrants.
