SM32 Coaches

This is a bit of a 'needle in a haystack' question but can anyone identify the coach I'm repairing on my workbench?

Almost certainly a kit I would presume, it seems to be missing it's chassis and unless I can find it how generic a chassis can be purchased that would make it run again?

An off cut of thin ply / MDF / hardboard plus a bit of strip timber for the frames and there you go. Beware: they can become very addictive once you realise that you can scratch build a coach for less than £30. The first photo shows the IP item on one of their kits. The second are my own soldered up from brass strip. The running boards are wide lolly sticks or spatulas.

Thanks all for the links, incidentally as I will be posting more on certain topics would the Narrow Gauge forum be best for this? I took 7mm+ to mean that such a thing would be okay but in the interests of tidiness where would be best to post other threads as required?

Personally, I would put them on here as they appeal to those of us that dabble rather than specialise in the big stuff.

That looks possibly very much like a Tenmille kit built one judging by the construction.

I'm sure you can still buy Tenmille parts and the w-irons.

I used to copy their coaches and wagons I used standard strip wood from B&Q I think it was either 6mm x 10mm or 6mm x 12mm for the solebars. The floor is usually about 3mm ply which you can pick up small sheets either online or at proper model shops.

Tenmille do still exist here are the links.
