I know Billingham had a set till probably mid 2010's when renewed with barriers, but not sure of the exact date. Briggs Hydraulic gates are now also barriers. slightly OT but wheel worked gates are now getting thin on the ground - Kirkam Abbey and Weaverthorpe are the only two that readily spring to mind on NE area, Oxmarsh, Goxhill, Sleaford east, are all that readily spring to mind South of the Humber.
