Euxton Junction will appear in 2023 at the Leigh Festival of Model Railways & Transport Modelling instead. Carl BR
A minor correction to the above, Alderford is now a run through station and no longer a terminus. Anyone who visited Doncaster earlier this year will have seen Alderford in it's new round & round format. We are looking forward to the show.

Apologies Carl, I forgot that it was now a through station. Alderford is a very impressive layout with lots of attention to detail.

APOLLO
I visited on Sunday morning and enjoyed every minute. I was surprised at the variety of layouts and traders. A very respectful minutes silence for HM The Queen was quietly observed by all. I'll visit again next year. Brit15

Brit15 Good morning Apollo, thank you for your very kind words. It has been three years of hard work, as Covid brought a halt to our 2020/21 exhibitions. 2023 is well underway as is 2024. Currently for 2023, I have 20 layouts confirmed ranging from 4ft to 34ft in length, with more to be added over the next few months. We were very grateful to everyone who was in the sports hall at 11am taking part in our minutes silence for Her Majesty. I look forward to seeing you next year. Many thanks Andy Leigh Model Railway Society Exhibition Manager 2
