diyceejay
Can anybody shed any light on the original interiors of the RMB first batch (W1803 is the one I'm modelling for 1982). Unable to find any old interior shots or descriptions regarding decor and fittings. Thanks. Christopher

diyceejay
Thanks for advice so far. I have found this film clip which at 2:09 shows the interior of what I believe is an RB(R) https://www.huntleyarchives.com/preview.asp?image=1000284&itemw=2&itemf=0001&itemstep=1&itemx=1 I wonder if anybody can confirm it's an RBR and whether this is pre or post refurbishment? I understand refurbished coaches had fixed seats and improved lighting, both of which it's difficult to tell from this clip.
BernardTPM
Pre refurbishment. The seat tops of the plastic fixed seats were quite different in shape.
