Alex.
I might be overthinking/worrying about nothing but while searching for suggestions on track cleaners I found a topic about Track Magic making Setrack brittle (being a solvent). This then got me thinking about the track weathering I wanted to do and would the paint cause any issues, looking at using Sleeper Grime Enamel Aerosol Railmatch-1406. Has anyone ever had any issues with Peco Setrack and painting/weathering and the sleepers going brittle?
RMweb Gold JohnR Posted September 29, 2022 RMweb Gold Share Posted September 29, 2022 As far as I know, the plastic used in Peco Setrack is the same as that used in their Streamline tracks. Given that, I really dont think there is a problem.
RMweb Gold Gilbert Posted September 30, 2022 RMweb Gold Share Posted September 30, 2022 I've not used Railmatch but never had a problem with Humbrol or Phoenix..
