Problem rating topic

It's happening again.  Raised with @AY Mod previously but recurring.  Using a Mac OS 12.6 running Safari 16.0

 

Often followed by another message claiming the community is unreachable and to please try later but that didn't happen this time.  

 

Refreshing the page does not clear the problem.  Closing the browser window, going elsewhere and returning later sometimes does but not always.  Clearing the cache also doesn't seem to be a reliable means of clearing the issue at this end.

I'm awaiting the outcome of some work on the database server to see it improves anyt.
