jasond
Oooooh, all that roof detail - poster sales? They could easily make a walk up'n'down DVD set. Hmmm, Christmas game for all the family: WhazzatLoco?!? OK, OK I'll stop now ... thanks Mick. Jason
298
I'll have one of the BN green SW1000s please.... Edit: the bit I saw showed SW1500s, so I'll have a red RS4TC instead. I was looking out for ex BNSF green 3630, which was ex BN 437, one of my spare locos that received an economy decoder and light package. But in order to be more relevant to the Seattle area I renumbered it as 3604. Edited November 22, 2022 by

Nova Scotian
It's just of an incredible scale. Admittedly I only ever saw Woodhams late 80s and early 90s because of my age, but I can't imagine there were ever this many locos parked up anywhere in the UK. A few gems in there as well. Going to have to win the lottery and make a visit to buy some of my favourites.

I looked at the notes of my three visits to Barry in 1965/67/68. The most numbers I noted were 209 in 1968. Wikipedia says there were 217 there in August 1968 - maybe I missed some.
