RonnieS
Can anyone please point me in the direction of the above? An article, photograph or anything at all that leads to this elusive 12 ft WB wagon surviving into the 1950s or 60s. There is a photo on Paul Bartlett's site of a tool van circa 1980 basically little altered from the original but I am hoping for info on vans in revenue service. RonnieS
I have today acquired "The Acquired Wagons of British Railways Volume 4 by David Larkin" it has 3 photos all 1950's. The now rare Cheona Publications "BR vans vol 2" has W79373 also 1950's. I have been sent a couple of photos circa '60 kinda 5th vehicle in the train too
