There's loads of rail related album covers, but most are just a bit 3/4 loco photo style

These are more modelable scenes

I thought I would have a listen to them, Megabeat 4 is OK but quite forgetable, Onze Metro is nothing like what you would expect from the cover and is absolutely terrible,

This image came up on the car radio display whilst sat in a traffic jam:

I'm blaming the Wife and Daughter for their Eurovision fixation currently on the MP3 stick).

I thought it would make a good cameo subject for a model railway/diorama (I can't remember the exact location, but it's somewhere in Hamburg). So apart from this, Blur's Modern life is Rubbish and a few 7" records of steam engines, which other album covers would be modellable...?

German Jamiroquai from Wish. Like the cover tho, lots of atmosphere

Onze Metro sounds like the sort of thing they used to play on Radio Mi-Amigo in the 1970's, along with all those records from the likes of Andre van Duin!

It's so bad that it's almost into "so bad that it's good" territory. But not quite.

I remembered this one last night - played regularly on Radio Monique back in the 1980's........

Takes the "Hondekop" nickname for those NS units quite literally !           (and for anyone looking it up on YouTube, you will have heard the tune before, if not the words....)
