Cosmetic chairs in 7mm for copper clad track

I'm thinking of adding cosmetic chairs to some copper clad 7mm track and there's nothing immediately obvious on an internet search about both use and sources of these chairs. Do modellers use the ordinary chairs sold for track construction and cut them apart and possibly file the bottoms down? I'd be glad of any advice.

Its the same issue as in 4mm scale but a bit bigger. The chairs hold the rail 1mm above the Timber/sleeper, unless you use 1mm spacers between the rail and timber/sleeper they would look very distorted, having said this etched chairs might be coaxed into working (that is if 7mm etched chairs have ever been made
