It’s a straightforward conversion of an rtr Bachmann tank wagon that is finished in black. Just paint over the Bachmann tank wagon logos with matt black paint. Apply a coat of acrylic varnish (Klear). Apply the decals and paint over the decal edges with matt black once dry. Seal in with another coat of Klear and then spray on some matt varnish.
