Ian G
Both are from Tamiya, the 6 pounder I found in Trinder Brothers in Banbury the other month, with all theses fancy weathering products around I wanted to try something new. Ian G
I have many wagons to complete many in primer/painted, recently I purchased a few sets from Railtec, these are the best waterslide transfers I have used since Scale Model Transfers some years ago. 1st on the list is a 7mm Croc Ian G

Ian G
My next wagon build is an ABS ex LMS 40t bogie bolster, I have lost the instructions so the build is by drawings and photos, I have only found one with a vac pipe on the outside as I want to produce a later model. The bogies in the kit are a bit fiddly so I have opted for some from MMP.

Ian G
As I wanted to update this wagon to a more modern ish era, out came the stock brass angle and after a few measurements I came up with this
Ian G
This has been built over the last few weeks at my local MRC about 2 1/2 hours a Friday night. The story so far, side castings and self contained buffers soldered on to night, and plate bogies cleaned of flash and buffed with a brass brush.
