Does any one know of a source of buffers for 'dub-dees' in four mil'?

 

I've looked on Dave Bradwell's castings list and can't see any there - unless I've missed them! Anyone know of a source?

That's because Dave supplies sprung buffers in the kit. LMS/BR square-based parallel, I think (without looking into my own sample).

I thought he might - but it's the source of them I'm after! I just don't like the Bachmann buffers.

I thought they were different patterns - the LMS/BR buffers, such as those from Comet, have a lip at the end and WD buffers don't IIRC.

The LMS/BR ones in my WD kit are by Alan Gibson.

 

Nothing stopping you removing the "lip".

As Horsetan says... I think the square base may also be slightly smaller, too. I have the vaguest of recollections that Dave B mentions this in his instructions.
