BTS6463
The club based at Swadlincote had an open day today, with very impressive 'O' gauge, 'OO' & 'G' gauge layouts based there. Also, a member from here was displaying an impressive little OO layout. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.. I planned to go to York but the mileage & diesel costs put me off! Andrew P
Hi, Glad you had a nice day, It is the Gresley and Wychnor model Railway Group, My layout was the small Scottish Glen Roy that is on the RM Web. We have now taken the big OO Layout Worthington East apart ready to decorate the room upstairs and start building a new layout 40ft x 12ft. If you would like to come along on a Tuesday evening from 7pm you will be made most welcome and if you have any skills even if it is painting walls even better. You can mix with modellers of all intrests from O Gauge steam to Modern image OO, N, and G Scale.
