Here's what I've got so far - a baseboard and some stock that I happened to have already. The premise is this is the "point" of a triangle of track somewhere in an LNER served Midlands city in late1945. Due to bomb damage the main shed's turntable is still out of use so temporarily all stock is turned using the triangle. Again as an emergency measure, temporary coaling and water facilities have been jury rigged to allow operations to continue. Motive power is still mainly in wartime black, and in poor condition, though the odd loco is starting to be repainted in apple green. The general idea is to shw some urban grime and decay, perhaps some direct evidence of the war, and to show off some of my LNER stock. Other than that I will probably make it up as I go.
