Directions

The Bouverie Hall, Pewsey, Wiltshire, SN9 5ES can be found as follows.

EITHER from the north on arriving at Pewsey go southwards down North Road (the A345) passing on the right the "Royal Oak" PH, a couple of shops, the "Greyhound" PH, and the Methodist Chapel. Turn right into Goddard Road.

OR from the south on arriving at Pewsey follow the A345 northwards as it becomes Church Street, cranks to the right then the left as River Street, and then the King Alfred statue will be seen in the junction with the High Street on the right. Go straight on (now North Street) and almost immediately turn left into Goddard Road.

Goddard Road then turns northwards (to the right) when the east flank of the Bouverie Hall will be found on the left. The entrance is on the north side of the building with the car park in front of it - turn left into the car park. In simple terms the Bouverie Hall is just west of North Road behind the "Greyhound" PH.

MOMING goes INTERNATIONAL

*****

MOMING goes INTERNATIONAL 13 August 2011

I am delighted to announce that French modeller Jacky Molinaro (noted for his delightful Oe "Vis-en-Artois" layout see <http://www.jackymolinaro.com/index.htm> for this and his other excellent work) will be presenting a demonstration stand showing work in progress on his 1:24 scale (on 16.5mm track) brickworks layout.

I am also pleased to say that there will be a fourth trade stand - that of Allen Law of Minimum Gauge Models.

In the rest of the exhibition I regret to inform that the "Wyndon Farm" (Derek Hart) and "Rivermead" (Barry and Shelley Thomas) layouts are unable to attend.

The total list of exhibits is now as below, and (both parts of the show) with 21 layouts, 3 demonstrations, 1 society stand, and 7 trade stands I think can be regarded as very attractive and good value for the total entry cost of £3.00
