darrel Posted June 22, 2011 Share Posted June 22, 2011 I recently bought a bratchell models class 320 from ebay it was ready to run with a moter already fitted. it also has a dcc chip inside it. the problem is it wont run on DC only on DCC I would like to remove the chip however i cannot get the body off to do this. I have tried getting a screw driver between the body and the chassis as you would with most other models but cant get the screw driver in. there are no signs of any screws on the underside. any one have any ideas? Suzie Posted June 22, 2011 Share Posted June 22, 2011 The body has a slot the full length of the side that the chassis fits into. You will need to slide in a bit of plasticard or similar in each side and be careful getting it in as it is a very good fit and the body moulding is very rigid. It will probably be easier to get the DC mode enabled in the decoder by setting CV29 to 6 if you have a friend with DCC. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
