I thought i would bring this to the attention of members and readers. I noted similar has been done before for Modelzone discounts.

Having just ordered a coach from The Signal Box I also stumbled over this outstanding deal on R2705 Grand Central HST sets...for £69.99!

There is also the Intercity swallow HST for £89.99

Nothing really new in this news.

Rails of Sheffield, The Signal Box and others have been discounting most of the various HST twin packs for a few months now.

Most of them have been advertised at between £69.95 and £89.99.

I received two sets back in April; they cost me £69.99 each.

Interesting - though unfortunatly i have no need for a buffer fitted power cars unfortunatly...come on Intercity liveried one, drop more!

Speaking of Modelzone, though not mentioned on their website, most if not all of the Grand Central Mk3s seem to be reduced in their Basingstoke Store - so no doubt they should be reduced in other stores too - most seem to be around the £18 mark now, just as the LM Dogbox / 153 has fallen to £49.95 (Oh Dear, looks like thatll be my next trip in there!):D

Also seemingly reduced in the basingstoke store are several of the Cross Country Mk3s - So if your after some Mk3s, theres a good few to be had lingering around Modelzone at the moment!

(Sorry for the thread jack)
