Benjamin Brady Posted August 24, 2011 Share Posted August 24, 2011 Hi All Finally got round to starting a topic on my layout which is based on Aberdovey (Sand Sidings) on the Cambrian as is the way with all railways these days a car park now occupies the space where it once was. The layout is in a semi complete stage at the moment with plenty more to be done on, this has also been a learning curve in modelling such as not load sand to rail level as nothing runs . After our first two shows with Aberdovey we have also been an eye opener being the first time we have been to a exhibition with our own layout and not part of a club. If any of you know the location you will notice that the main line on the embankment will need re-aligning and this is yet another job for the future.
