Southernman46
Hi All, Today's silly Q - I'm converting a Bachmann 46 to represent 45041 "Royal Tank Regiment" in 1977 condition (was the first "Peak" I ever saw as 53 in 1972 at Bristol Temple Meads - on a troop train co-incidentally). What is the best method for removal of the existing numbers from the bodyside please ? Thanks SM46
forest2807
T-Cut applied and rubbed sparingly and gently with the tip of a cocktail stick. It will leave a shiny patch because it is a cutting agent, ie it removes layers of paint, but re-number and apply a light coat of matt varnish and nobody will ever know the difference. Except everyone on here of course...
