darren01
HI I don't know if this has been put up on here, I did do a search but did not find anything. I get the news letter each month from Hornby and have a look at it, but this month made me look twice. If I have not got this wrong Hornby have seem to have dropped their prices by some amount . Did anyone else get News letter 44? Darren
devonseasider
Seems to be selected items (with quite big discounts in some cases) rather than across the whole of the range. Probably shifting some over-production of earlier batches to make room (or raise capital?) for new stock. Explains why Hattons have made significant cuts on some things in recent weeks. Removed a/c
It's a shame they couldn't over produce in items that were popular.
RMweb Premium 7013 Posted October 22, 2011 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 22, 2011 AS far as news letters go it was rubbish!
RMweb Premium spamcan61 Posted October 22, 2011 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 22, 2011 AS far as news letters go it was rubbish! Jeez, just checked it out and I see what you mean; the same 'special' offers as the last newsletter - Pullman observation car for 40 quid etc.- and absolutely no mention of any progress on forthcoming models. What a waste of electrons.
