Andy Y Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 It depends on the folders that the software's trying to write to; some work and some won't and you can't determine which one it's trying to use so Dave's yellow aspect is appropriate. It won't matter which browser you use to be honest. There's a permissions issue with numerous folders that we're trying to resolve at the moment.
