muddys-blues Posted January 7, 2012 Share Posted January 7, 2012 Hi, I have also have this set, and I think you are saying that the white part of the livery is more of a cream colour ? mine too is also of a creamier shade than a really bright white, I think this is more to do with the white shade used by Bachmann. kernowtim Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 I bought one last year when a certain Liverpool emporium were selling them for under £50 and when I opened the box i immediately noticed the brilliant white i expected was more a light cream colour,it is consistant so i assume it is as originally applied although it looks as if it has yellowed with age, as my old Hornby LNER coach roofs were !! The original NSE release, 32-901 is in the current catalogue, presumably there were still stocks of this in the Bachmann warehouse when the catalogue was produced so it was included in that catalogue.
