Crisis Rail
After posting the GOURANGA - Class 60 image and hopefully not hjacking Cavs Outon Road Layout thread too much i had a request for some images of the sadly demised FREIGHT ONLY. I have dozens of images some which were sent to MODEL RAIL for assessing for a feature - unfortunately by the time MR got round to it FO was no more. Here is a few Class 60 workings. 60084 Cross Fell stabled. LOADHAUL 60007. 60084 at dusk.

Crisis Rail
Also, do you remember Ian how you weathered the ballast on FREIGHT ONLY? Drybrushing - If your ballast (spraypainted) is Brown drybrush a slightly lighter shade - Same applies if Grey ballast. Ian
Andrew P
That pic of the Freightliner 66 reminds me of looking over the bridge at Eastleigh a few years ago when I lived that way. BRILLIANT MATE.
mason
I think the back scenes work so well too, especially with the modelled scenery being so low, it just al seems to fit, has all this been demolished now then Ian??

Neil Yes Operationally it got a bit stale and decided it was time to move on. All gone but salvaged most of it - The 66's and intermodals have gone as I sold to buy on eBay - The International Models Backscene Distribution Depot was well good and fitted well as you say. Whalley is installed in its place in the garage which will be a roundy - (building up a rake of YEOMAN PGA at present) The garage has turned too cold again to spend any length of time - I must get some insulation and heating sorted.
