There's a couple of pictures of the Skipton Bitumen Depot in 'Railfreight - Today' by Anthony & Rogers. One shows the flame tubes on a wagon being lit and the other a distant view of the sidings. There's also some footage of Skipton on one of the 'Railfreight Today' DVDS

Rail Centres 'Exeter' No.5 by Colin Maggs (Ian Allan)

has a couple of pictures of the bitumen terminal at City Basin, Exeter.

Otherwise pictures seem to be quite rare, I have only a couple of shots

of traffic at St. Davids en-route to or from City Basin.

cheers

I have a book on class 37's by Howard Johnston in the Rail 5 portfolio series, which shows the terminal at Cranmore which is eminently modelable, seemingly to be a mobile gantry pumped directly into the waiting Wincanton Tanker.

Frome was similar. Some of the arrangement can be seen in some of the photos here http://paulbartlett.zenfolio.com/mobilbitumentua
