rommel
This is my first post on Rmweb and i would like to introduce my ongoing shed layout. The shed was built with a model railway in mind and measures at 10ft x 6ft and is built alot higher than a standard shed to allow comfortable working height and space. The project has been on going for a long time. The layout is dc controlled through my own built control panel and a gaugemaster Q4 controller. I do what i can when i can by building metcalfe and superquick kits and all other manner of scenic items and details, some scratchbuilt and some off the shelf products. The track is a mixture of different peco types, ballasted with a blend of grey and brown jarvis fine. I have built my own colour aspect light signals using tri coloured Leds from a Roger Amos book. The plan is from a peco trackplan book 2nd edition thats been slightly modified to suit the space available. I will post a few pictures on a few posts as you can imagine there is alot due to the length of time and progress made so far. Please feel free to comment and advice is always gratefully recieved. Thank you

gormo
Hi Rommel, Well done sir !!!............I like your elevated mainline station building and steps etc. and your use of Metcalfe and Superquick buildings through out. I have a similar idea myself for a mainline station , however my layout is still a drawing and an idea. Hope to start building soon. Keep up the good work and I will follow with interest..........Cheers Gormo
