darrel Posted June 20, 2012 Share Posted June 20, 2012 a couple of years ago i bought their N gauge parish church I must have opened it at the time then it joined the pile of unbuilt kits ( we all have one) I went to build it the other day and found the glazing sheet was missing (whether I had lost it or it was never there I dont know) I phoned them up and asked them If I could get a replacement sheet sent out, "no bother " I was told it was sent out the same day free of charge and I recived it the very next day top class customer service Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
