pH
Some years ago, Oregon ran a very good tourism campaign in British Columbia. The pictures were the usual ones of mountains, beaches, forests, lakes etc., but the message was "Oregon - one of the few good reasons ever to leave BC".

pH
This is an (IMO) amazing collection of pictures of trains in desolate, and usually red, landscapes - http://www.railpictures.net/album/546/ . It's titled "Trains on Mars" and has been put together by Jean-Marc Frybourg. It contains many of his own photographs, quite a few of Mike Danneman's and others from a long list of photographers. Currently 522 photos in total but (again IMO) worth a long look. Edited April 27, 2017 by pH
