RMweb Gold jamest Posted June 8, 2013 RMweb Gold Share Posted June 8, 2013 Hi, I was following yout O gauge layout and really liked that. This is a good example of how moving down a scale allows you to expand the scene. The exit over the road through the hills looks well planned and executed. Out of interest, is Barnstple the show you are aiming for? I am also exhibiting there, for the first time, so it would be great to see this in the flesh. All the best, James
spenc
Hi ess1uk Thank you for your comment it coming along nicely now should be done for July. Steve
spenc
Hi James The 0 gauge layout was good but it was the cost of things which beat me so going back to 00 I feel I am in my comfort zone I tried to do it like the 0 gauge layout but with a extra board at the moment its just a single track run off but will have a point in that fiddle yard so I can run the odd freight train there as well as passenger train. No its not Barnstaple it the same day as our show at Bridport so it will be there hopefully Richard might invite me next time not done much this week been on beach after work after all its only across the road from where I live Steve
RMweb Gold jamest Posted June 15, 2013 RMweb Gold Share Posted June 15, 2013 Hi Steve, Shame it won't be at Barnstaple - from my own point of view! I'm sure it will go down well at Bridport. I'll have to make do with following it on here for now. Cheers, James
