Class 56 on rubbish train

Today I saw a class 56 on a rubbish or spoil train passing through Aylesbury on its way to Calvert ,I also noted this same loco and consist last thursday and wondered who owns the loco as there is no name on tthe loco.?

Its a dcr working, i think didcot to calvert, not sure what was working it today as 301 and 311 were both on washwood heath when i went there earlier, probably 56303

there was a green DCR 56 in Didcot depot fuel point yesterday but can't tell you it's number im afraid

I had a chat with the driver while he was waiting his path. I asked if he'd mind me videoing his departure. I think he may have put on a bit of a show..

There are now two Class 56 hauled trains to Calvert, there's the one from Didcot that Big Jim mentioned, but that runs north out of Calvert and doesn't go through Aylesbury, the other is one from Willesden Euroterminal that runs up through High Wycombe and through Aylesbury, 6Z80. Both are DCR workings

I thought the Cross Rail Spoil came from Acton and was a GBRF train? I could be wrong of course...

Passed me a few minutes later when I was at Langford Lane, unfortunately I didn't have the camera to hand. Makes a change from all the class 66s.
