Hi Tase,

SGT2 977985/977986 has recently been running around with UTU1 62384 and a RTOV. The RTOV can vary, but if a non-genny fitted RTOV (9702 or 9703) is used, then a generator van is required, I noted it with 6264/9702 in April.

And in a twist of fate, 9708 has also recently been with SGT2/UTU1 - 9708 replaced 977985 in the SGT formation in 2009.

The sightings logs at departmentals.com is a useful reference. Type in 977985 and then search the dates and it'll list other vehicles in the same place/time.

SGT 1 is down south (Folkestone) soon!

Cheers,

Mick

Hi Tase,

In regard to the DBSO I'd say model 9703 as 9702 works the ultrasonic test train quite a bit. Hope that may help with deciding on which one to do.
