Kingmoorkid
Congrats on the raffle! It was a great day out - never thought I would ever be in a train running over the Waverley Bridge over the WCML again (I was 6 in 1965 for my last trip!) spent many summer Saturdays in the 70's spotting from this bridge but had never even seen a train crossing it in past 45 years. Longtown branch was another highlight for me - didn't really know what to expect but really interesting to see the rail infrastructure at the old CAD depot that my dad served his National Service at (he was also on train btw). Roll on the opening of the Borders line! Kingmoorkid
