Modern loco shed....

Hi

Assuming the major structural framework is intended to represent precast concrete, it's absolutely on the money - or, being picky, as the real bits need to come out of a mould, they need a little sanding to taper them slightly, and round the inside edges a bit, and a spray of the appropriate concrete colour - bit of talc for texture, and it's going to be ..... Superb.

Not my era, but...

Best

Simon

Couple more pictures of the shed. I've used frosted plastic that is used in presentation folders to represent that glass.

Looking very nice indeed. Makes me wish I had photoed the stabling point at Swindon, when I got aroundtuit, it had been demolished - it had so much atmosphere, all that grot, filth and detritus, yet my railway modelling mentors kinda put me off of all things diesel when I was younger - yet many of them now model the 'modern image' now! Of course I saw the light years back, although I am still partial to the occasional kettle, I now miss the variety of diesel loco hauled trains that there once was.
