  1. Very nice indeed. Can you talk us through the weathering process, or did you do a complete respray?
  2. Hi Alan, Sorry it's taken a while to catch up. Really good to talk the other day. Your new layout looks superb btw. ATVB Martin 😊
  3. A different kind of realism? Guinevere crests the bank at Westwick Lodge Junction
  4. Biscuits delivered to the NAAFI - Shoc Van awaits return to Swindon - Draycott Camp Halt Sidings.
  5. Steve, it's not right you keep posting photos of the real thing and passing it off as your modelling πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ˜³πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ‘βœŒοΈπŸ’œ
  6. Thanks, that's good to know, I've had items from Rumney in the past. MJT? Sorry, my fault, brain fog, I thought I'd mentioned I was looking for 7mm items.
  7. Thanks for that I'll get in touch with Runmy, looks like their range has increased since I last looked. Funny how Google searches miss stuff too. Dart Castings and MJT? I didn't know they were still going. Many thanks again πŸ‘βœŒοΈπŸ˜Š
  8. Hi everyone😊 I'm trying my damnedist to do a bit of model making again, relearning, doing simple tasks etc.🀞✌️😊 I'd like to purchase some cosmetic BR roller bearings to retro fit to a few Parkside (ex PSD) vans (as some variation and to modernise/update Eg Blue Spot vans). Am I correct in thinking (remembering) that there were BR roller bearing mouldings and fittings in the Parkside Grampus kits? I also need to add compensation to one or two vehicles and swapping out the PSD "oiler" axleboxes and fitting new - with sliding backs etc - might help in that regard tooπŸ€” I've looked on line for castings and can't find any (found one or two listings but they're NLA). Any help and/or advice gratefully received. Thanks in advance, Martin πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
  9. Very nice work indeed. I particularly like the faded BR blue. I'm experimenting with colour to let down the blue on my Dapol 08 too. Without a complete repaint I've a few options open to me. One of several swatches....
  10. I agree entirely - let's hope it's a goer though.... Good point well made too.
