Very nice

I wouldn't mind doing a couple myself, didn't they run with the Tigerclays?

Although they did not go with the clay tigers on the service from St Bazey to Cliffe Vale they

did run together on local trips from Goonbarrow to St Blazey, then onwards on Speedlink Network services via Mossend to Markinch. They often ran singly or in twos and threes mixed up with other clay carriers and other air braked stock.

There are a couple behind 45034 here at Exeter St Davids on a Speedlink service for Tavistock Junction and St Blazey. 9/7/85

Here at St Blazey I think yard pilot 08488 is shunting on the weighbridge road, 7/11/83.

cheers

I saw them 81 to 83 at Plymouth, I need to check notes on which actual ones, pretty sure a 37 normally

I do remember seeing a Peak with it brakes on getting dragged by a 50 once, really pulled the coupling.

I finally sourced some transfers from Precision decals, so letting has started, I didn't quite get the number series right so it looks like I might have two TSL12800's, and no 12807, but I then started building a further batch, so in fact I'm quite likely to end up with several multiples, some of which will be sold

It looks like I have several sheets of 40thou middle spacers but no 20thou outer skins - since the middles are just plastic waste without the outers I'd be prepared to dust off the cutter and run off a sheet or two so that the middles go to someone who can use them, but it might be a few days.

PM if interested (and if anyone else might want to jump on whilst I get the cutter out).

Thanks

jon
