Not too much for Pete then. The Buyer's Commission (Premium) is going to be at least 15% and probably 20% (some of the big auction houses charge even more nowadays) then he will have to pay the Selling Commission although he might have got a good deal on that and not be facing 15% - Dreweatt Neate did one collection a couple of years back with no Selling Commission simply in order to get the business. But even so you can effectively knock the 20% off the £627,229 and hope he wasn't stung too hard for his costs. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
