No... even if they did it's doubtful that they would get a clear picture of the scrotes involved anyway. In all honesty I don't think I'd want a CCTV camera in my cab, nothing to hide etc, etc, but to me it would be another distraction I do not need! For legal reasons the camera would have to be unaccessible to drivers anyway. My thought was that if the cameras had been fitted and the police made a big thing about seizing the footage as part of their investigations (without revealing that they would be unlikely to have a clear picture of the culprit(s) ) it might serve to put the frighteners on any other low-lifes who might be considering doing something similar.
