Ron Ron Ron
I might be tempted, if Mrs Ron can be given the slip for a few hours. Any recommendations would be appreciated. .
pH
Central Hobbies in Vancouver - http://www.central-hobbies.com/. Right beside the Renfrew skytrain station. No connection, but a satisfied customer over many years. It's the only physical model railroad store that I know of now in the Greater Vancouver area - all the others have closed over the last several years. Don't miss the mural on the back of the building, facing the railroad tracks and skytrain.

Don't miss the mural on the back of the building, facing the railroad tracks and skytrain. We visited this shop last Summer and picked up quite a few items. Could have bought quite a bit more if we had more room in our bags. Definitely worth visiting. Plus you get a good trip out on the Sky Train.

AndrewC
Inside Gateway is worth a visit when in Seattle, however they've moved further out into the boonies. You really need a car to get there.
