  1. Mikkel, I like the attitude, and the way you portray us, and the hobby! BTW, did your wife take the picture of you snowboarding?

  2. Gosh, Mikkel, you really do live on the edge. Such daring ..... Entering a 'kitchen' - wow! ..... and opening a 'food cupboard' Your chances of survival must have been very slim indeed. I know we are all supposed to suffer for our art but this is beyond all reasonable bounds.

  6. That looks rather fine especially as it is in N. Just one thing shouts out though, but I have no evidence to hand, would there have been some diagonal bracing on the inside of the shed doors?

  7. Just caught up with the blog. The 14xx looks stunning! a good weathering job really transforms O gauge loco's, makes them look soooo real!

  8. Lighting really makes your layout look dramatic (as if it wasn't dramatic enough with a train ferry!). How tall are the mast lights in terms of scale height? I know you are using them for a general wash of light, but they look very tall (or is it because the left hand one looks taller than your cliff face?) Not a criticism, as I haven't looked at exactly how tall these things are in real life!
