RMweb Premium newbryford Posted December 4, 2011 RMweb Premium Share Posted December 4, 2011 Following on from the prototype discussion http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php?/topic/40547-66720-new-livery/page__fromsearch__1 Here's my take on it. Couple of bits still to tidy up before I get some good clear pics in a couple of days. Thanks to John at Precision Decals. Cheers, Mick

RMweb Premium newbryford Posted December 5, 2011 Author RMweb Premium Share Posted December 5, 2011 Awesome Pic How did you paint that? You may find this hard to believe, but I used a very steady hand...................... Apart from thanking John for the transfers, thanks to another forum-goer for the artwork details - you know who you are! Cheers, Mick p.s. RMweb Premium newbryford Posted December 8, 2011 Author RMweb Premium Share Posted December 8, 2011 Is that the Model Rail Metronet model you've used? Thanks, Yes it's a Metronet 66722, but only because MR were doing a good deal at the NEC, saving me a repaint of the cabs and roof. If I do another one , I'll probably use 66952, 66725 or 66412 as a base model. (Or maybe get another 722 at Glasgow if possible) Cheers, Mick
