being a great long distance fan of the NSR i find this really interesting stuff .Would it be possible to obtain models of these from you at a future date ?? Who has the NSR break van kit at the moment BTW ?? Thanks martin -

Today i received my two Hornby class 31's back . two new chassis two new bodies and ev en returned the old ones in the box .WELL DONE Hornby thank you . Martin

Morning all ,on this side of the pond it is 3:50 am and i have two cats a wife snoring happily away so i had to get up to find some quiet :-) So here i am sit at the screen chatting to the wide awake world out there , hope you all have a great day i will be napping soon methinks !!!

This little fellow was intently watching me on RMWEB , maybe he was a train buff who knows ?? He has been back many times and even comes up on the deck to scrounge for tid bits :-) Martin

Good grief Charlie brown this must be my week of great karma , not only did I get my Blue Pullman in record time but i got an email from Hornby telling me that the replacement chassis were in and i will be getting mine back in a week or so ........... I think i am going to go by a lottery ticket , just in case :-)

Well guys , just sent yet another email to Hornby to try to find the disposition of my locos and when if ever i will see them again . Anybody willing to take odds on WHEN , IF or What the reply will be if i even get one ??? :-) Martin

Hornby did not acknowledge that a problem existed for a long time either !! I agree that they are saying that they will resolve the problem , question is WHEN ??? Especially for us older blokes that are not in the best of health ?? :-) Martin

I wish you luck with this lot bro , as for China , well I can see major probs coming right soon . i did hear that Bachmann is possibly moving some work to eastern Europe , may be just a rumor but it makes sesne to me shorter shipping for one !! martin

Seems it has been going of a couple of years .The first post on the subject is August 2011 and still not resolved , I am for one , totally disgusted with the whole thing . A company like Heljan can fix its mistakes within a few months , Hornby .............. not so it seems ??

After a years worth of emails i finally sent them back to Margate in June of this year as i was told by Hornby that the spares were due in August . Now , of course they have been moved , once again , to November !! I( for one am getting very tired of it all !! martin

I whole heartedly agree with you on this point they have two of mine at my expense and i am out quite bit of money , which as a retired person on a fixed income , is rather aggravating to put it mildly !!!I cannot get a decent reply from them just the usual crap about next month !! I have asked them what my options are but so far I have had no reply whatsoever , great for business eh ??? martin

Same old same old then , another 2-4 weeks that will make it possibly November before they may , possibly , could maybe have the chassis .It has been a few YEARS , do the folks at Hornby really think we the consumers are that dense ????
