    You guys are lucky here in the US we are just basically ignored , no letter nothing . To get mine fixed they ( Hornby ) offered to send me the bits to do it myself ??? I will be contacting them again shortly

    Morning guys up at the crack of dawn again feeding cats and tea drinking . lovely and cool here in Southern Ohio good day to be in the garden . If it stays this cool I can see me nursing a glass of Lagavulin and a cosy fire later , on out on the deck :-) Had no idea you were and old fart like me Pete LOL !!!!

    I fell into the same trap mate i built an old 1/48 scale hurricane last year and now i have about ten kits in the works !! They are like bleedin' peanuts ya canna have just one !!!

    I get a lot of items from Model Railway imports out of Ontario , Prices are competitive and they are very helpful folks with answers and advice ,.well worth a look :-) martin

    I am having a bit of a problem with coaches coming off the rails at times , I have checked the track and also the wheels gauge and they seem ok . i was wondering if adding a little weight to them might help as it has done so with the wagons i use and they run better now . If this is a good idea what should the coach weigh to be accurate ?? Also what are the best wheels to put on them I have changed all my wagons to metal wheels what are good ones for coaches ?? Thanks martin

    These days the young'uns wear hoodies , use blackberries and riot and loot the places they hang out in , now how is that considered a better way than ours , at least we did not make the international news weekly !!!! We did not attack the elderly , vandalize trains for fun , riot in the streets and other such "fun youthful " things . We were punished for misbehaving and not sent to therapy and analyzed to see where our parents and society had failed us !!! Just sayin' mind !!!!!

    I was raised on a council estate and we didn't have any "funny folks " just the old sergeant major that yelled orders and talked to himself :-) We always thought the " funny folks" and the dirty old men hung around at the pubs in town or in the gypo camps nearby ............... oops there i go profiling !!!!

    You should have come up North to the tri state ( Ohio , Indiana and Kentucky ) loads to do , no agro and cheaper , no hurricanes either
