Norfolk coast is quieter as it isn't at the end of a motorway, unlike Dorset.

I live just west of Poole, and believe me the whole of Dorset and not just Bournemouth is gridlocked when the weather is good, which is most days at the moment (thermometer at 30 at the moment) That is why it is in the news, it is so much busier this year because people are flocking to the coast instead of Spain and Greece, and I can't say I blame them because its a great place to be and the weather is usually better than further west in Devon and Cornwall. I haven't been to the beach so far this year as a result of the influx, hopefully it will all die down a bit in September.

Could you make an insurance claim against the supplier/carrier - it maybe too late now?

Simon, It's a good job you have chosen to model Heaton Lodge in the winter, otherwise you would have had to model the flies buzzing around the sewage works.

I'm just about to start a JS Models warehouse kit and want to paint most of it before I assemble it with pva, I haven't assembled a laser kit before so I'm looking for advice on what type of paints to use. Many thanks Steve

By using brickpaper you have overcome the big drawback with laser kits, the corners. Well done, great job.

Perhaps a membrane to separate soil from the decking would have helped. Although the chipboard is suitable for wet areas, I would think that there would be a need for a covering such as tiles as well in bathrooms etc. I presume that felt and track would be nailed and or pinned to the board, this will introduce holes through which water will seep to the board, so personally I wouldn't use it. Pressure treated gravel boards should be ok

I've never had a problem parking, if I have not been able to find a space at the college then there has always been spaces in the surrounding area. To me this is a must go to exhibition, there are always a few layouts from further afield and there is a good balance of trade. Well worth everyone's support.

Are you going to tone down the green of the trees, they are a tad bright IMHO?
