  2. Hi just a quicky do you wire the o gauge peco points the same way has oo electrofrog ie:cut the frog rails,wire each one to the corresponding rails and a wire from underneath the point. cheers

  5. Hi thanxs for the info and the link it did work the other thing is where do you fit the pipework at the front there is no mention of that bit either,i think the instructions are a bit poor this is the first o gauge slaters kit ive built i must say i prefer the parkside ones lol. cheers
  6. Hi im building one of these 6 wheel lms tanker kits i was wondering what is the best way to build the ladders and how wide,there is no mention of this in the instructions there is a brass jig on the fret but again no mention of what this is for can anyone help. cheers
  7. Hi great little layout you have built there,i think it would be a great layout to see at an exhibition short trains going past little bit of shunting inbetween perfect,has they say less is more

Hi a great choice for a layout,the model railway layout i remember was in oo scale an old man and lady used to run it,then they moved down by the old coop for a few years until the old man passed away.I worked in the ferry station building for a while and saw 33's,47's,37's,73's and a few dmu loco's ive still got the platform sign oop's :Dthere was always a few tank wagons in the sidings.The Hornby artical had some good ideas for layouts and would be worth getting hold of a copy. cheers
