Nottingham yesterday was good. Enjoyed the show a lot. Utterly exhausted still from it though. Lots of photos to sort through. Looking forward to Ally Pally next Sunday now.

having been ill all of last week and not really looking online much as a result. Was a surprise to find rmweb under new ownership, but the statement bodes well I think.

Very tired, and feeling worse for wear after a busy weekend. Saw Andrew Lawrence this evening at Warwick Arts Centre. Sadly wasn't as good as I'd hoped.

had a good evening out at LWMRS. Natalie borrowed my new smartphone, and promptly took 300+ photos with it. It seems to be pretty good for it. Tired now.

had a nice geeky evening out, involving pizza and the local LUG social meeting.

Enjoyed the right track dvd. Now understand about soldering a little better than i did before, and wanting to give it a try soon. Also, 'The tube' on BBC2 was good.

think next time I see the SEF stand I might get a Met Brake Van/3plank wagon kit and see how i get on with white metal

Colin: yes, I just checked, they will be there. They're always friendly and great to have a chat to, they even remembered me and asked after me whenever Natalie saw them, even though I'd not been to exhibitions for over 5 years! Always make a point of going and having a chat with them at shows if they're there.

Today I should of been going to the Midlands Goth Festival, instead I've been unable to due to feeling too exhausted and too much pain
i've spent the time resting and reading the brm annual instead though, so not entirely wasted... -

hmm, BRM Annual 2012 arrived in post. don't recall ordering it, or it being part of the 3 issues free offer? nice surprise and good read though.

feeling a bit imroved from yesterday. but still not great. hate 'flare' ups
daren't go near a scalpel as my cooridination is woeful atm -
thats the blog here tidied up and catagories added and entries tagged. thank heavens there weren't many! the blog here mainly mirrors the wordpress ones, with some exceptions.

yes Motorhead/ACDC/et al get my vote too! ; The Nth Degree - I've never liked the idea of hanging them from the ceiling, knowing my luck i'd stab an eye out on the refueling probe. Think I'll go the diorama route, as it gives me an excuse to also module the ground support equipment too

4 Right Track dvds just turned up, I only ordered them yesterday afternoon! wow, hows that for great speedy service!

feeling so worn out today, managed to sort all of the photos before getting an early night last night though, now to upload Barrow Hill/MRL and Warley photos... someone get me sugar!!

Had a good afternoon/evening yesterday with Natalie visiting. Now for more tea, and to head out and get essentials, etc. Later I might try to clear space and build one of the pile of kits...
