    I received my 3tg class 60 today and now I have to source replacement items for it, front windscreen broken , both hand rails on the front broken and the 2 lamp irons missing , all thanks to the front end packaging Heljan have used but l don't really want to send it back if I can source the items required

    there appears to be a light issue with the new release class 31 in network rail and dcr versions, whilst testing a dcr one out today in my local I noticed the red tail lights turn to white when you change direction and thought someone whould have picked up on this and its not right neither should do it

    the new class 31s are now in the shops I collected mine today

    Ny replacement was not as bad as my first but was still failing at certain areas of the board and grease acts as a isolater, i tried some of the peco power lube on it then ran each direction for hour and ive had no issue since with mine apart from one point but thats due to a issue with the point

    Same thing roughly i had experiencing with the model i got yesterday n took it back today n got it replaced n the replacement runs well on straights but point areas stop n lights out n then sets off, i lightly oiled the wheels where the axle passes thru the brass n then ran it a good hour in both directions n it now runs alot better n lights dont go out as much now

    mines got a fault n is been returned for replacement, approaches points n stops n lights go out n then sets off again and decoder address cant be changed

    collected mine from my local model shop on my way to visit a relative in york hospital. I did not see any in the display cabinet in monk bar models. Its definatly a lot better than the original model

    suger, the one i ordered last week is out of stock n wish the website had told me before i placed my order but luckily i found another place to order it from since they had 3 in stock =)

    ordered one last week n just hope it arrives intime for christmas fingers crossed, Ive seen pics of them and 2 friends own a set each n both highly recommended me getting one so i finally ordered one

      had to be done ee traction rare at york and least the extraction got a extra week now at least no pain n think the 20 is back around 2pm n 37 goes about 3pmtoscarboro

    is having a day out on the nymr and not tinkering with the 12" to 1' scale class 50 50027 for once

    is repainting 12" to 1' scale nameplates of 50027 today to go with the new paint job Lion is currently getting :)

      It was seeing LION outside Grosmont a year or so ago that made my son fall in live with the 50... and Father Christmas was able to deliver one too. Is it still in NSE or is this still TBA..? Very striking it looked even then!

      its staying in nse but we are currently doing bodywork repairs and repainting the blue on it since the nse blue was badly faded and hopefully back in traffic in september

    looks like another day on the nymr tomorrow but this time not working on 50027 Lion

      Yesterday i noticed that Lion was tucked away in the depot. Nice to see plenty of people around, even though i like to vist when quiet really.
